Helped manage the product launch of Version 6, and the Manufacturing Applications Launch. Helped transition from US-centric, HRMS vendor to a global ERP player. Also delivered a customized launch process and methodology for all future company launches.

Systems Integration Services – The global launch of ERP Outsourcing Service Product Set represented both a successful new service introduction and category extension for this $2B European HQ'd IT Services firm.

Trading Platform Transportation Trading Network
Launched the brand and its full Lifecycle of Logistics Resource Management solution. Efforts included extending the supply chain category to include transportation management and development of an "inner circle" program to acquire an initial set of beta customers.
